Team Sportsplex Volleyball Training

Take your game to the next level with year-round volleyball training at Team Sportsplex. Our sessions are designed for players of all skill levels—from beginners learning fundamentals to advanced athletes preparing for club and school competition. Led by experienced coaches, each workout focuses on building strong technique, game awareness, confidence, and teamwork in a positive, high-energy environment.

We offer small-group and individual training options that cover serving, passing, setting, hitting, defense, and volleyball IQ. Athletes receive personalized feedback and structured drills to help them improve quickly and safely.

Training: Intermediate 12/under

Sportsplex 12U volleyball training programs are designed specifically for athletes ages 12 and under to build strong fundamentals, confidence, and a love for the game. Our sessions focus on age-appropriate skill development—serving, passing, setting, hitting, and defense—through fun, structured drills and small-sided play in a positive, high-energy environment. Led by experienced coaches, young athletes learn teamwork, discipline, and good sportsmanship while developing the skills and confidence they need to grow on and off the court.

Training: Advanced 14U+

Sportsplex 14U+ volleyball training programs are designed for athletes ages 14 and older who are ready to refine their skills and compete at a higher level. Sessions focus on advanced skill development—serve receive systems, tempo setting, attacking techniques, blocking, defensive reads, and game strategy—combined with competitive drills and live play. Led by experienced coaches, athletes train in a high-energy, structured environment that emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement to prepare them for high school and club competition.
